The rules for using BeeCNC's hosted lead-generation pages, lead-management tools, and related services.

Service and customer responsibilities

BeeCNC provides hosted lead pages, workflow tools, notifications, and payment-related integrations. Customers control their page content, decide why and how lead data is used, and are responsible for their services, promises, communications, and legal compliance.

Lawful lead generation

You may only submit, import, refer, or contact people when you have a lawful basis and any consent required for the channel and jurisdiction. You may not use scraped, fabricated, purchased, recycled, or nonconsensual personal data; impersonate another person; conceal the source of a lead; or pay for unverifiable submissions.

Calls, texts, and email

You are responsible for complying with applicable telemarketing, do-not-call, electronic-marketing, and anti-spam requirements, including consent, sender identification, postal-address, opt-out, and suppression duties. A quote request permits contact about that request; it does not automatically create permission for unrelated marketing.

Privacy and data processing

Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum are incorporated into these Terms. When BeeCNC processes lead data for a customer, that customer is generally the controller or business and BeeCNC is its processor or service provider. Customers must publish an accurate privacy notice and respond to applicable privacy requests.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, keep access credentials secure, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not probe security, bypass access controls or rate limits, upload malicious material, interfere with the service, violate another person’s rights, or use BeeCNC for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsolicited activity.

Billing

Subscription and setup fees are disclosed before checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Billing changes and cancellation are managed through the secure billing portal, subject to the commercial terms shown at purchase.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens people, the platform, or legal compliance. On termination, data is retained and deleted according to the Retention Schedule and applicable instructions or law.

Intellectual property and feedback

BeeCNC and its licensors retain rights in the platform. Customers retain rights in their business content and grant BeeCNC the limited rights needed to host and process it. Feedback may be used without restriction or attribution.

Availability, warranties, and liability

The service is provided subject to reasonable maintenance and operational limitations. Final warranty, indemnity, limitation-of-liability, governing-law, and dispute terms must be completed with qualified counsel before commercial launch.
