U.S. Privacy Notice
This supplement provides disclosures for residents of U.S. states with consumer privacy laws and should be read with BeeCNC’s global Privacy Policy.
Applicability
State privacy laws apply using different thresholds, exemptions, definitions, and effective dates. This notice does not concede that every law applies to BeeCNC or every record. BeeCNC uses this notice and request process to provide a consistent baseline while preserving applicable exemptions and defenses.

BeeCNC collects these categories from individuals, clients, authorized users, referral sources that represent they have permission, service providers, and normal service interactions. We retain them using the criteria in our Retention Schedule.
Sale, sharing and targeted advertising
BeeCNC does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or process it for targeted advertising. BeeCNC does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If our practices change, we will update our notices and provide required opt-out methods before the change.
Your state rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy; opt out of sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling; limit certain sensitive-data use; or appeal a decision. California residents may also request the categories and specific pieces collected, sources, purposes, and recipient categories, and may use an authorized agent. We do not discriminate for exercising rights.
How to submit and appeal
Use the Privacy Request Center or email privacy@beecnc.com. Choose “Appeal” to challenge a prior decision. We verify requests proportionately and may ask an authorized agent for signed authority and direct identity confirmation. If BeeCNC is only the service provider or processor, we may direct the request to the responsible client and assist that client.
California metrics and disclosures
BeeCNC does not publish request metrics unless legally required. The categories described above may have been collected and disclosed for business purposes during the preceding 12 months. No category was knowingly sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising during that period.
Marketing communications
Commercial email sent by or for BeeCNC must use accurate sender information, identify advertising when required, include a valid postal address, provide a working unsubscribe method, and honor opt-outs. Automated marketing calls or texts require the consent and records required by federal and state law. A lead’s request for contact may be used only for that request unless additional marketing permission exists.
