4. How we disclose information
We disclose information to the relevant BeeCNC client, authorized users, and vendors necessary to operate the service. Vendor categories include hosting and identity, cloud database and storage, email delivery, payments, error monitoring, limited operational analytics, and professional advisers. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and security, or complete a properly structured corporate transaction. See our Subprocessor List.
5. No sale or behavioral advertising
BeeCNC does not sell lead information for money, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles. BeeCNC does not permit clients or referral partners to submit scraped, purchased, or nonconsensual leads through the service.
6. Retention
We retain information only for the service, legal, security, accounting, dispute, and client-instruction purposes described here. Timing depends on the record, contractual relationship, applicable law, and whether a deletion request or legal hold applies. See our Retention Schedule. Deletion from encrypted backups may occur through normal backup rotation.
7. International processing
BeeCNC and its primary infrastructure operate in the United States. UK information may therefore be processed outside the UK. Where UK restricted-transfer rules apply, BeeCNC and the client will use an available lawful safeguard, such as an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, together with appropriate supplementary measures.
8. Security
BeeCNC uses access controls, tenant scoping, encrypted transport, managed cloud storage, strict request validation, rate limits, audit records, webhook verification, least-data analytics, and security testing. No system can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected incidents to security@beecnc.com.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and our role, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal; you may also object or opt out of certain processing. These rights have legal exceptions. If your information belongs to a BeeCNC client workspace, the client usually handles the request and BeeCNC assists it. Submit a request through the Privacy Request Center or email privacy@beecnc.com.
10. Cookies and device storage
Public BeeCNC pages do not use advertising cookies. Essential authentication technology may be used for signed-in areas. The public demo stores fictional demo state locally on your device. Details are in the Cookie Notice.
