United Kingdom Privacy Notice
This supplement explains BeeCNC’s practices under the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Controller and processor roles
For a client’s lead form and workspace, the client normally determines the purpose of processing and acts as controller; BeeCNC acts as processor under its Data Processing Addendum. BeeCNC acts as controller for its own prospecting, account administration, billing, security, support, privacy requests, legal compliance, and service-level operational analytics.
Controller contact
BeeCNC is a trade name operated by BestEstateLLC, an Illinois company established in the United States. Mailing address: 7705 New England Ave, Burbank, Illinois 60459, USA. Email: privacy@beecnc.com. BeeCNC has not appointed a UK representative or Data Protection Officer because it has not yet determined that those appointments are legally required. That position must be reassessed before actively targeting UK individuals at scale.

Where legitimate interests apply, BeeCNC considers the necessity of processing, individuals’ reasonable expectations, data minimization, and safeguards. Individuals may object to this processing.
International transfers
Information is processed in the United States and may be processed in other countries used by approved vendors. For a restricted transfer, the parties will use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or contractual safeguard, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum where appropriate, and will assess supplementary measures. A copy of the relevant safeguard may be requested, subject to necessary redactions.
Your rights
Subject to conditions and exceptions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent, and may object to processing. You also have the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects; BeeCNC does not currently conduct such decision-making. Submit requests through the Privacy Request Center.
Direct marketing and cookies
BeeCNC records and honors marketing objections. It does not use bought-in contact lists unless the supplier can demonstrate valid, specific permission naming the sender and channel. Public pages do not use advertising cookies. See the Cookie Notice.
Complaints
Please contact BeeCNC first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. If the information belongs to a client workspace, you may contact that client as controller.
Legal review
These terms describe BeeCNC’s current product and operational practices. They are prepared for counsel review and are not a substitute for advice about a specific business, jurisdiction, or processing activity.
